"I have to say that my online instructor was the best instructor I've ever known. She was knowledgeable about what she was teaching. I appreciated her offer to ask questions if we had any. Every question or problem was always explained clearly in a very understandable way. More importantly, she was very patient. I wish I could have known her a long time ago. If I had, I know my English would be very good by now."
