UW dormitories are available for our programs in July, August and September only.

We will make reservations for your group in the UW dormitories. Dormitories are very popular. Therefore, reservations must be made many months in advance. Program participants stay together in a block of rooms in the dormitory. Double or single rooms are available.

Meal Options on Campus
Dorms are conveniently located on campus and have dining halls for meals. There are numerous full-size dining halls, cafeterias, cafes, espresso bars and convenience stores around campus.

While your group is staying in a dormitory, participants will have meal cards that function like debit cards. A minimum of $20 each day is put on the card in advance, and the participant has the flexibility of using this card at different places on campus.
